Silver Clay Course - Student Pieces!

I'm so proud of these fabulous pendants my students made today.
One had tried silver-clay and been disappointed with the results, while the other two had never had a go at all...... So these stunning pieces are their first pendants, their first time soldering, first stone setting, first use of LOS patina and first time using UV resins!! They worked really hard and learnt lots very quickly.

I'm already looking forward to the 28th June, when I'll be introducing a new course which will concentrate on setting glass into silver clay & adding colour.
Nicola xx

  1. These are just gorgeous, very inspiring to those that haven't tried PMC. I have worked with PMC for about a year now and I still think it's magic how you can turn clay into pure silver. Great job, teacher!

  2. I'm so jealous! I wish I lived closer & could take a class- those are great!

  3. Great job teacher! These are fabulous first attempts. Wish I could take a class. I know it is rewarding to pass on your passion!

  4. Oh my goodness these are fab, you are indeed a Yoda level teacher! Where are you based Nicola? I really want to take a pmc course next year xx

  5. These are brilliant. Well done all. I must find a starter kit (any suggestions) and a course near me (Surrey/Hants borders?).

  6. Thanks Mel,
I'm based in Market Deeping (near Peterborough) it would be great if you could make it...

"You would do well young Padawan" lol ;0)

Sharon sell a "charm kit" if you order that and a tissue blade it will give you a good start (you also need a gas hob or camping stove to use it)

I'll have a look for Surrey/Hants teachers for you
